Clube do Remo – Membership App

Overview

Created a membership app for Clube do Remo, simplifying payments and strengthening supporter engagement through mobile UX.

Context

Clube do Remo is a football club in Northern Brazil. They wanted a mobile solution to manage memberships, process payments, and connect with their supporter base.

Problem

  • Membership processes were fragmented and mostly manual.
  • Supporters lacked a centralized digital experience.
  • Payment tracking and communication were disorganized.

My Role

As UX Lead, I structured and led SEFA’s first UX team, responsible for driving the design transformation across the organization. Together, we:

  • Created SEFA’s first Design System in Figma, aligned with accessibility and scalability principles.
  • Standardized the UI across 10+ digital platforms, including taxpayer services, internal dashboards, and the public portal.
  • Redesigned the institutional website based on user-centered information architecture.
  • Introduced product discovery practices — including stakeholder workshops, user interviews, journey mapping, and prototype validation.
  • Worked closely with front-end and product teams to ensure consistent implementation and adoption of the new design standards.

Solution

  • Defined user personas and journeys based on members databases
  • Designed the app’s wireframes based on user flows.
  • Created a complete mobile UI in Figma, aligned with the club’s identity.
  • Developed a visual Style Guide.
  • Validated the main flows through user testing.

Impact

  • Streamlined supporter onboarding and payment management.
  • Strengthened connection between the club and its members.
  • Provided a scalable base for future digital services.
